Math Overview
Students will stay with their homeroom class for math. The math program is called Bridges. There is no textbook for this curriculum, so it is important that students take notes daily. For this reason, please review my website for resources. The different topics that will be studied throughout the year include the following: problem solving, add, subtract, and multiply fractions, divide unit fractions, decimals, and volume of prisms. .
Math fluency is important. Students should be practicing their basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts regularly! Please review the fluency page of my website for extra practice.
